Fiano

Fresh, tropical and with citrus hints, our Fiano pairs best with seafood and good company.

The story of the Fiano grape variety in Apulia region dates back to 8 centuries ago, when Frederick II asked for more Fiano wine during a feast.
It produces white wines that are structured, complex and suitable for aging.
With over half a century of experience, we have found the right balance in the vineyard for this variety; in the winery we used soft pressing and a lot of cold to enhance the characteristic features of Fiano and to preserve the delicate citrus and floreal notes.
